John Fullerton
John Fullerton is an unconventional economist, teacher, writer, impact investor, and some have said philosopher. He is considered the architect of Regenerative Economics and its companion Regenerative Finance, first presented in his book Regenerative Capitalism (2015).
John is the founder of the Capital Institute, dedicated to the bold reimagination of economics and finance. Previously he was a managing director of “the old JPMorgan” until walking away from Wall Street in 2001
John is also a board member of the Savory Institute, and a member of the Club of Rome. He teaches two online courses with an alumni base of over 1500 leaders from 75 countries and speaks internationally to public audiences and universities. John was also featured in the 2021 award-winning documentary Going Circular

Monica Kahindo
Monica Kahindo is a global health fundraiser and impact investment strategist with over 15 years of experience mobilizing capital for social change. She built her career in philanthropy at UNICEF Canada, Dignitas International, United Way, and University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, and most recently served as Director of Development at Madiro, a philanthropic impact investment fund supporting health innovation in Africa.
As both a Canadian and Ugandan, Monica bridges global and local perspectives, linking donor capital to innovations that improve equity in healthcare systems. Her work sits at the intersection of philanthropy, investment, and social justice — aligning with Humanity vs. Capitalism’s exploration of how economic systems shape human well-being and the possibilities for more just and sustainable futures.

Sarah Greenfield Clark
Sarah Greenfield Clark is a seasoned strategist, campaigner, and systems thinker dedicated to advancing climate justice, equitable economies, and regenerative futures. With a MSc in Sustainability, Sarah has spent over a decade working at the intersection of environmental advocacy, movement-building, and philanthropy.
As an activist, entrepreneur and founder of multiple nonprofit initiatives (The Movements Trust and Host), Sarah has mobilized communities, built strategic partnerships, and led efforts to support grassroots organizing for a just transition. In addition Sarah has supported global philanthropic efforts to resource movements that challenge extractive paradigms and advance alternative economic models, advising donors on high impact, systems-shifting initiatives and innovations. This work aligns with Humanity vs. Capitalism’s mission to explore why current systems are failing and how we can collectively reimagine a fairer, more sustainable future.
